      During the early days of the Nazi regime, the SA or Brownshirts as they were called, carried out unchecked street violence against anyone designated as their opponents. This was a group composed in large part of ruffians and bullies who participated in the outrages of that period. They protected party meetings, marched in rallies, and physically assaulted political opponents. The Brownshirts were more representative of German society than previous historians have recorded. They included a large number of students and young middle-class professionals – sound familiar?

        The left has become the modern-day equivalent of the Brownshirts from NAZI times, pretending to act morally righteous while brutally serving their own version of morality on everyone who disagrees. Their leaders had a very clear idea as to their purpose. They consider themselves as a revolutionary force that would be the spearhead of Progressive Democratic Socialism and that there will be a revolution in America and that they would be at the front of it with the emphasis the Socialistic side on National Socialism.


     Over the past three days we have seen multiple cases of government employees being attacked during their leisure hours and at their homes. If this doesn't send shiver down your spines then YOU are part of the problem of the Communization of America.

      The protesters were with a group called the Democratic Socialists of America. Apparently, they believe that civil discourse, especially the part focusing on civility, is no longer necessary. It seems as if every left-leaning group in the country has returned to the days of the Brownshirts.

      For those of you who still may have questions about whether there is a “deep state,” it was revealed that one of the Socialist protesters who accosted Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on Tuesday at a Mexican restaurant has been exposed as a Department of Justice employee, Allison Hrabar, who is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America and who attended the protest against Nielsen over the controversial border law enforcement, the Washington Examiner reported. 
 
      On the previous Monday, Nielsen staunchly corrected the establishment media’s falsehoods regarding the Trump administration’s border policy, where all illegal border crossers are being prosecuted, even those who arrive with minors. Nielsen scolded the media for pushing false narratives, including one where MSNBC reporter Kristen Welker falsely claimed that no other White House had separated border crossing adults from border crossing minors. “So the last administration, the Obama administration, and the Bush administration, all separated families at the border, they absolutely did. Their rate was less than ours,” Nielsen said. “But they absolutely did do this. This is not new.”

The vast majority of Americans can differentiate between common sense and hate. Today’s liberals seemingly cannot. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen is doing one thing: Upholding the law. It’s not her responsibility to pick and choose laws. If you don’t like the law – CHANGE IT. Democrats were in power for years and didn’t do that - Why Because this is a hot topic for them. They don’t want to “fix” anything - they need the angry votes.

Liberal Tolerance: Red Hen restaurant kicks out White House press secretary Sarah Sanders

      Sarah Huckabee Sanders, White House press secretary was thrown out of a Virginia restaurant Friday night (June 23) in an incident that sparked a social media storm. The reason? Sanders works for President Donald Trump. Her group was off the beaten path to enjoy a quite dinner when suddenly the owner, who was summoned from home, asked her and her party to leave as they would not be served. Reminds us of the Jews in Nazi Germany or the blacks in the southern US of the 1950's and 60's.

      The daughter of former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee commented “Bigotry is on the menu at Red Hen Restaurant in Lexington VA. or you can ask for the ‘Hate Plate.’ These appetizers are ‘small plates for small minds.” This nation is now at a place where those who have no “moral conviction” about the things that matter view unbridled bigotry directed at conservatives as “moral conviction.” 

 

Progressive Group “Organize Florida” Attack State Attorney General at Movie Theater

      A group of protesters accosted Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi during and after the screening of the new documentary about Mister Rogers at the Tampa Theater on Friday night. A video of the confrontation, taken by Progressive activist Timothy Heberlein of Organize Florida, shows several people shouting down Bondi as she leaves the theater escorted by law enforcement after seeing Won't You Be My Neighbor.

      Her spokesman stated, "We were in a movie about anti-bullying and practicing peace and love and tolerance and accepting of people for their differences," Bondi said. "That's what Mister Rogers is all about. We all believe in free speech, but there's a big difference there."  Spokesman, Whitney Ray, said in an emailed statement, "The video they are choosing to share is of the least aggressive portion of the attack that transpired after police arrived to control the scene. What they are not sharing publicly are several previous encounters involving large men getting in the Attorney General's face, spitting and blocking her exit, The Attorney General tried to have a conversation with these individuals, however, when it became abundantly clear that they were not interested in a constructive dialog but were only there to cause a scene, the attorney general tried to leave the volatile scene."

      The police had to be called. Tampa Police Department public information officer Janelle McGregor confirmed the department got a call from Florida Highway Patrol asking for help escorting Bondi out of the Tampa Theater. The “brave protesters” ran away as the police took control. A subsequent statement from the boyant group indicated police “attempted to detain several members of MDCDSA to no avail.”

      There seems to be no end in sight to how far the left’s purges will go; they have become so authoritarian and single-minded in their goal of stamping out all dissent. Since the left controls much of the educational system and media, it has tremendous power. Many of these totalitarian policies have been made into law under the Obama administration, the left-leaning legal system and in “progressive” areas of the country. It is imperative to call the censorship out for what it is, totalitarianism, and defend those on the front lines who are being cruelly targeted. It’s no longer just the politically correct left, it’s the totalitarian left.

A New Approach - Bilderbergers Include The Vatican

      The Bilderberg Group, the elites who are the actual rulers of the western world, meet annually at the world’s most posh resorts, surrounded by an armada of armed private security and local police, for a closed-door, three-day forum. The meeting of this year was held in Turin, Italy this past June 7-10. It was the 66th time the Bilderbergers have gathered. The group first met in 1954 at the Hotel De Bilderberg in the Netherlands—hence its name—with the help of CIA funds that were footed to nurture the early movement.

       The Bilderbergers comprise the world’s most exclusive club involving about 140 top corporate titans, technology gurus, select royalty, central bankers, former and current intelligence officials, think-tank fellows. The sitting head of NATO also attends every year and select reporters and editors who leave their ethics and notebooks at the gate. The meetings are held under the so-called “Chatham House Rules,” an agreement typical of off-the-record meetings among academics or political leaders. According to that agreement, participants are free to use the information received, but they cannot disclose the identity nor the affiliation of speakers, nor can they disclose the other participants taking part in the conversation. 

 

       No one buys their way in. Only the group’s Steering Committee decides whom to invite, and in all cases participants are adherents to One World Order governance run by top power elites. According to the groups’ official website, about two-thirds of the participants come from Europe, and the rest from North America, and one-third are political figures or government officials. The big surprise in this year's meeting is the inclusion of a representative of The Vatican. Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Vatican Secretary of State, will take part in the Bilderberg Conference. It would be the first time high-ranking Vatican official has taken part in the Bilderberg Conferences. Not since the middle ages have the elites partnered up with the church for specific goals.

      After all, these are the people who decide where to start or stop a war, who will remain in power and who they will attempt to remove, basically, who will live and who will die in order to gain the most profit for themselves and the clear the path for their future agenda. The destruction of moral authority is one of their keys to dropping borders to form a one world government so what could this sudden inclusion mean?

      There could be a least two possibilities – the first is the stalemate with regards to the encirclement and overthrow of Russia. President Putin has proved to be a formidable foe to the western elite and their plans for exploitation of his country's resources. The rise of nationalism, the us against them attitude, has strengthened, not hindered the country. Putin's deep respect for religion has extreme popular support. With other avenues for regime change stifled, this could be a way to attack the government through a “back door.” Religion has been used in the past by the aristocracies in order to intensify the willingness of a population to fight, kill, and die to establish their international dominance.

      The second is the election of President Trump who often invokes the name of god. Traditionally, the “elitists” have always had the upper hand in this battle by controlling many of our cultural institutions, the media, the entertainment industry, and academia but the respect for the will of the people, exercised by the ability to elect our political leaders, remained in place. However, after the shocking defeat of their candidate - that respect is completely gone.

      The “elitists” find the “populists,” like President Trump, to be repugnant, backward, and bigoted, and they believe the only way to defeat the people is to use elite institutional power in academia, corporate America, the administrative state, and the mainstream media to stifle debate, force-feed elite opinions masquerading as facts,(fake news) and stamp out dissent. The battle between elite opinion and popular opinion is as old as time, but the recent tactical change among elites seeking to stifle dissenting speech with the power of their media in the United States, is a new and frightening development.

      Within the United States there is now a departure from the normal give-and-take of American democracy, the elites have begun using their clout within every major institution of civil society to demonize and punish their opposition — through public shaming in the media, shaming by celebrity opinion, economic extortion and retaliation by big businesses, and even criminalization of certain protest activities which is undeniably un-constitutional.

       Given their entrenchment within these institutions, the elites face little or no consequences for their blatant illiberality. There is no opposition from the media and so-called journalists who are either living in a fantasy or complaisant with their gang of six* media masters.

      Make no mistake: Watergate, as an example, would never have been brought to light under the current state of our country just as the crimes of the Left and their candidate will never be prosecuted today. What we are witnessing here on a daily basis should terrify all Constitutionalists. An America with total elite control over the population and where dissent from their views is vilified is not an America at all.

*Six corporate entities now control all of what Americans see and hear.

Why is the Constitution and the Rule of Law Being Ignored?

      The most important unique aspect of the Constitution is the separation of powers. No other country has the strict separation of powers that the U.S. does. Under our Constitution, the Congress writes the laws, the president enforces them and the courts interpret them; and those powers and functions may not constitutionally be mixed or exchanged. Liberals don’t believe in the Constitution unless it suits their agenda. Typically they deny this, but that’s exactly what a “living” Constitution means. You make it up as you go along. The Founders foresaw the instability and danger that would be created by this approach, which is why they wanted us to be a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy. Unfortunately, America has in many ways already become a post-constitutional democracy and we’re one liberal judge away from abandoning the Constitution altogether.

      Donald Trump is a president like no other. He is unpredictable and somewhat erratic, and his stridency and ill-tempered outbursts are not what Americans expect of their presidents. But there is nothing unconstitutional, or even irrational about his use of social media and his aggressive tendency to counterattack. He doesn't play by the rules of the Shadow Government and they want him gone.

      We are witnessing a scandal that is far, far worse than Watergate. What is being exposed now is an attempt by our highest law enforcement agency working in concert with our intelligence agencies and, evidently, the blessing of the former administration itself to block the candidate of the opposing party, even to defraud and

spy on him, and make it impossible for him to govern. This is the stuff of high treason of a type not imaginable to almost all of us in our lifetimes as American citizens. The American public, who believe in the Constitution, who believe in the Rule of Law, now see it under attack.

      According to law professor Steven Calabresi the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller was unconstitutional. The Appointments Clause in the Constitution requires that principal officers must be nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate. Given the power that Mueller is exercising and the fact that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is not supervising his work directly, it is inaccurate to classify him as an “inferior officer” in the Department of Justice. He qualifies as a “principal officer,” a class of federal official like a United States attorney that the Supreme Court has ruled must be appointed by the president and confirmed with consent of the U.S. Senate. Therefore, every action he has taken under the scope of his investigation with powers granted to him by the DOJ is illegitimate, since his very powers are illegitimate.

• The main thrust of this 'investigation is collusion, but collusion is not a crime. The law guiding the establishment of a special counsel requires that a specific crime is investigated. Collusion is not part of any United States statutory law, except for anti-trust issues.

• Rosenstein appointed Mueller to investigate allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Since these allegations are not a crime, Mueller’s appointment is not in line with the law governing the special counsel.

• The prosecutor has a conflict of interest and U.S. law requires Mueller to disqualify himself if he has “a personal relationship with any person substantially involved in the investigation or prosecution.” Since Mueller has been a long-time colleague and friend of former FBI Director James Comey, a conflict of interest was created when the special counsel expanded his investigation to include the possibility that Trump obstructed justice in firing Comey. 

   

• Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s use of a subpoena to require testimony by the president would violate the separation of powers in the Constitution and is an abuse of the grand jury process.

• Mueller’s proposed questions for President Trump in the special counsel’s wide-ranging investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election would violate Article II of the Constitution and executive privilege. Also, providing the legislature with testimony obtained from an executive branch grand jury subpoena also violates the Constitution’s separation of powers.

• The substance of the recently leaked list of questions that Special Counsel Mueller outlined for President Trump’s counsel is also in violation of the Constitution and executive privilege. Not one of the questions passes requirements mandated by the Constitution and case law defining executive privilege.

• Any question about firing FBI Director James Comey or obtaining National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s resignation violates the president’s Article II authority to have vested in him “all executive power.”

• Numerous questions deal with the deliberative process, such as how were the decisions made to request the resignation of Flynn and to fire Comey. Some request information about the president’s discussions with White House Counsel Don McGahn. The answers to these questions all involve the decision-making process and, as such, are clearly covered by executive privilege.

• The president is not readily available to be interviewed under established case law. There must be a “demonstrated, specific need for evidence in a pending criminal trial,” which courts have defined as evidence that is material to the matter at issue and not available elsewhere with due diligence.

• No court has ever ruled that a president may be subpoenaed to testify in a criminal proceeding involving his own conduct and here’s a simple fact that Mueller chooses to ignore: A sitting president cannot be indicted.

 

   The Framers understood that throughout history, the real threat to God-given liberty had been centralized, unchecked governmental power. As such, they crafted our system in a way to limit the consolidation of that

power, especially in the federal government. These 'men in the shadows,” these criminals, who have control of the media, have hood-winked and brain-washed Americans to turn a blind eye to the illegitimacy of this dangerous attack on the Constitution and America itself.

   Thomas Jefferson warned: “The two enemies of the government are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become a legalized version of the first.”

The Deep State's First Successful Coup Still Resonates Today

This series of articles continues to examine what the shadow government and the deep state are and how they have gained so much control over the U.S. government and society in general.

      The failure to overthrow the Syrian government soured Truman on the use of the agency. The whole operation left a bad taste in his mouth. He wanted to thwart the Soviet Union, but was this the way to go about it? Then came disaster in Korea – The battle of Chosin Reservoir. Viewed as a proxy war with the Communist Russia the U.S. wanted complete victory to be used as an example of the nation's might. Our military commanders arrogance almost caused complete annihilation of the U.S. and U.N. Forces. It was this point in time when certain individuals in the United States government made the decision that this country “had to be” the policeman of the world with the main goal – the defeat of Communism world-wide.

      The wheels to disguise their operations was put into motion a number of months earlier with the launch of “Operation Mockingbird.” It was understood that if the information was controlled, so could the population, not only of the country – but of the world. The CIA begins recruiting American news organizations and journalists to become spies and disseminators of propaganda. The effort is headed by Frank Wisner, Allan Dulles, Richard Helms and Philip Graham. Graham is publisher of The Washington Post, which becomes a major CIA player. Eventually, the CIA’s media assets will include ABC, NBC, CBS, Time, Newsweek, Associated Press, United Press International, Reuters, Hearst Newspapers, Scripps-Howard, Copley News Service and more. By the CIA’s own admission, at least 25 organizations and 400 journalists will become CIA assets. It was this point in time when citizens lost control of truth.

THE BIGGEST COUP OF ALL - THE END OF TRUTH

      The election of 1952 gave a renewed vigor to the emerging Deep State. They now had a military man in the White House and the plans that President Truman had put on the back burner could move ahead with all speed. After the unsuccessful Syrian operation to keep mid-east oil in the hands of the West, Iran began to act independent of our wishes.

      The British, with the blessing of the United States were raping Iran of it's oil. The democratically elected Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh had sought to audit the documents of the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (AIOC), a British corporation (now part of BP) and to limit the company's control over Iranian oil reserves. Upon the refusal of the AIOC to co-operate with the Iranian government, the parliament (Majlis) voted to nationalize Iran's oil industry and to expel foreign corporate representatives from the country. The immediate fear was that the Soviet's would fill the vacuum and the oil and the profits would be lost. After all,this was partially the reason for the attempt in Syria. Control of the regions for oil Europe and, after the defeat in Korea, to stop Communist expansion.

     The British Prime Minister Winston Churchill and the Eisenhower administration decided to overthrow Iran's government, though the predecessor Truman administration had opposed a coup, fearing the precedent that Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) involvement would set. The assault on Iran had begun by the British blockading it's ports in retaliation of the nationalization of their oil industry. Unable to sell it's oil caused friction within the country. The spiritual leader, the Shah, at first supported the oil nationalization, but he joined with the opposition after being informed by the CIA that he too would be "deposed" if he didn't play along with the upcoming coup.


      The first coup attempt appeared to have failed and Mossadegh ordered security forces to round up the coup plotters, and dozens were imprisoned. Believing that he had succeeded, and that he was in full control of the government, Mossadegh erred. Assuming that the coup had failed, he asked his supporters to return to their homes and to continue with their lives as normal. The CIA was ordered to leave Iran and the Eisenhower administration considered changing its policy to support Mossadegh as long as they were anti-Communist. With undersecretary of state Walter Bedell Smith remarking "Whatever his faults, Mossadegh had no love for the Russians and timely aid might enable him to keep Communism in check."


      "Operation Ajax has been tried and failed and we should not participate in any operation against Mossadegh which could be traced back to US,” CIA headquarters wrote to its station chief in Iran in a newly declassified cable sent on Aug. 18, 1953. That is the cable from headquarters which Kermit Roosevelt, top CIA officer in Iran, purportedly and famously ignored the order to cease and desist. ( This is one of the first instances where an individual decided that they knew what was best for the country. It is the beginnings of the Deep State.)


     The consequences of his decision were momentous. On 19 August, hired infiltrators posing as Tudeh party members began to organize a "communist revolution". They came and encouraged real Tudeh members to join in. Soon, the Tudeh members took to the streets attacking virtually any symbols of capitalism, and looting private businesses and destroying shops. Much of southern Tehran's business district, including the bazaars, were vandalized. With sudden mass public revulsion against this act, the next part of Zahedi's plan came into action. From the vandalized bazaars, a second group of paid infiltrators, this time posing as Shah supporters, organized angry crowds of common Iranians who were terrified about a "Communist revolution" and sickened by the violence. The C.I.A. stepped up the pressure. Iranian operatives pretending to be Communists threatened Muslim leaders with "savage punishment if they opposed Mossadegh," seeking to stir anti-Communist sentiment in the religious community. In addition the house of at least one prominent Muslim was bombed by C.I.A. agents posing as Communists. The agency was also intensifying its propaganda campaign. A leading newspaper owner was granted a personal loan of about $45,000, "in the belief that this would make his organ amenable to our purposes."

      The overthrow of Iran's elected government in 1953 ensured Western control of Iran's petroleum resources and prevented the Soviet Union from competing for Iranian oil. After all this was and still is all about oil. In early 1954, the U.S. required removal of the AIOC's monopoly and five American petroleum companies, Royal Dutch Shell, and the Compagnie Française des Pétroles, were the only ones allowed to draw Iran's petroleum after the successful coup d'état

      Before going into the operation, Ajax had to have the approval of the President but the Deep State kept him partially in the dark. Eisenhower participated in none of the meetings that set up Ajax; he received only oral reports on the plan; and he did not discuss it with his Cabinet or the NSC. Establishing a pattern he would hold to throughout his Presidency, he kept his distance and left no documents behind that could implicate the President in any projected coup. It was Foster Dulles alone that maintained a tight control over the activities of the CIA Operation Ajax was the first time the Central Intelligence Agency orchestrated a plot to overthrow a democratically elected government. The success of this operation, and its relatively low cost, encouraged the CIA to successfully carry out a similar operation in Guatemala a year later.

      In August 2013, 60 years afterward, the CIA admitted that it was in charge of both the planning and the execution of the coup, including the bribing of Iranian politicians, security and army high-ranking officials, as well as pro-coup propaganda. The CIA is quoted acknowledging the coup was carried out "under CIA direction" and "as an act of U.S. foreign policy, conceived and approved at the highest levels of government" The coup fanned the flames of anti-Western sentiment, which reached a crescendo in 1979 with the U.S. hostage crisis, the final overthrow of the shah, and the creation of the Islamic Republic to counter the “Great Satan.” The repercussions are still being felt today
