What's the Point

      What is the point of having our Constitution?  With the president ignoring existing laws, rewriting his own laws and preparing to make new laws on his own, what’s the point of Congress? What’s the point of laws at all? The Constitution was to be the law of the land but what happens if the majority in power reinterpret this guiding force to suit their own wants?  It states "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal," but it does not state that there should be special privileges for certain groups. Nor is there a clause for “good ideas” or “good intentions.”Yet, today, everywhere is evident that this is what is happening.

     The US has abandoned the rule of law, betraying its own constitution, whistle blower Thomas Andrews Drake, recently stated in an interview. “The irony is that the US has abandoned the rule of law,” Drake, who also revealed NSA secrets in the past, said of Snowden’s leaks. “They’ve unchained itself from their own constitution – the mechanism by which we govern ourselves. And when you ban the real law and use a secret law and secret interpretations of law, we’re in a whole new ball game. It’s a Pandora’s Box.”

      The Socialization of the United States began years ago and it has come to fruition with this administration.  There was a time that presidents would be restricted by Congress but no more. With Harry Reid and Democrats controlling the Senate, President Obama knows he’ll face no consequences for his lawlessness. If this president wants it, then the president and his enabling Democratic congressional fold won’t wait for such inconveniences as Congress passing a bill. He is poised to simply impose his de facto ideals on the country without a vote. He and Attorney General Eric Holder are moving to unilaterally subvert the law as it currently exists, changing it by decree, not “democracy.” With the President setting the example, subordinates and bureaucrats are emboldened to do the same.  If the government can use the muscle of the Internal Revenue Service to keep groups opposed to the Democratic administration tied up in red tape or litigation in an election year, then enough games like that can make our elections meaningless too. None of this is allowed under the law, but it all goes unchallenged by the media.

       The media has fawned over his every move. A recent poll released last week reported that 7 percent of American journalists say they are Republicans. Recently, even top journalists from The New York Times and NBC News acknowledged at a journalist forum that “that there is absolutely a left-wing bias” in the media. It is this bias that President Obama has come to depend on to advance his radical agenda. With the help of a very eager and compliant press willing to do their bidding such as MSNBC’s Chris Hayes recent diatribe "The Problem is the Constitution."  This and other oratories like that, shows that we are heading downhill away from the ideals of the Founding Fathers at an alarming speed. The White House controls talking points, advances their left wing agenda, and molds public opinion through propaganda disguised as news. This seedy alliance between the White House and the liberal media poses a clear and present ideological danger to our Republic. Thomas Jefferson’s fears have been realized: We have mega-government without properly functioning newspapers(media).

      
      The president knows his actions never will receive the context and disinfecting sunlight his predecessors faced. He has a clear road ahead to do whatever he chooses. We as a nation are at a critical decision point. Do we want to continue down the road toward Democratic/Corporate Socialism, where all of our basic needs are met from cradle to grave, the only price being total subservience to the government, or alternatively, to reverse direction and go back up the road toward personal responsibility and individual freedom? We must look back and remember the foundations and timeless principles upon which this nation was built and recommit ourselves to them before it is too late.

MH17 Is a False Flag Operation

       Even though no conclusive evidence has yet been produced, as of this writing, media conclusions state that rebels in the east of Ukraine did shoot down the Malaysian airliner, Western elites, neocon and faux-left commentators have gone on a foaming-at-the-mouth anti-Russian frenzy holding President Putin personally responsible for the deaths and hurling abuse at those of us who don’t join in the “It’s all Russia’s fault” blame game. While western media outlets rush to repeat government propaganda on the event, there are a few things they will not report.



      Why was MH17 diverted 200km north from the usual flight path taken by Malaysian Airlines in the previous days – and plunged right in the middle of a war zone? What sort of communication had MH17 received from the Kiev air control tower? Let's start with the case of the Spanish air traffic controller working at Kiev’s tower, who was following MH17 in real time. He Was  tweeting like mad. His account – not accidentally – has been shut down and he has disappeared. His friends are now desperately looking for him. I managed to read all his tweets in Spanish when the account was still online. And now copies and an English translation are available.

“The B777 was escorted by 2 Ukrainian fighter jets minutes before disappearing from radar (5.48pm)”

“If the Kiev authorities want to admit the truth 2 fighter jets were flying very close a few minutes before the incident but did not shoot down the airliner (5.54)”

“As soon as the Malaysia Airlines B777 disappeared the Kiev military authority informed us of the shooting down. How did they know? (6.00)”

"Everything has been recorded on radar. For those that don’t believe it, it was taken down by Kiev; we know that here (in traffic control) and the military air traffic control know it too (7.14)”

“The Ministry of the Interior did know that there were fighter aircraft in the area, but the Ministry of Defense didn’t. (7.15)”

“The military confirm that it was Ukraine, but it is not known where the order came from. (7.31)”

 The BBC reported: "Ukraine's SBU security service has confiscated recordings of conversations between Ukrainian air traffic control officers and the crew of the doomed airliner, a source in Kiev has told Interfax news agency."

Recording of Communication with Russia FAKED!!

      A tape posted by Ukrainian security services in the Internet and allegedly recording a talk between self-defense fighters about the destruction of a Malaysian airliner is a fake, experts said on Sunday.
A group of experts studied the tape and came to the conclusion that it was made up of numerous unrelated recordings.
      The tape’s second fragment consists of three pieces but was presented as a single audio recording. However, a spectral and time analysis has showed that the dialog was cut into pieces and then assembled. Short pauses in the tape are very indicative: the audio file has preserved time marks which show that the dialog was assembled from various episodes, the expert said. The tape’s linguistic analysis also shows that those who made the faked tape clearly didn’t have enough material and time, the expert said. But the most indicative moment is that the audio tape clearly shows that it was created almost a day before the airliner crash, the expert said.(Source: Info Wars - Alex Jones)

Video circulated by Western media and showing a Buk system being moved allegedly from Ukraine to Russia is not where they said it was !!!!  

      This is clearly a fabrication. This video was made in the town of Krasnoarmeisk, as evidenced by the billboard you see in the background, advertising a car dealership at 34 Dnepropetrovsk Street. Krasnoarmeysk has been controlled by the Ukrainian military since May 11. Satellite photos places Ukraine air defense units were deployed in the southeastern parts of the country. Why was a large group of air defense systems deployed to the militia-held area if the self-defense forces have no planes?  July 17 saw increased activity on the part of Ukraine’s Kupol-M1 9S18 radars, which are part of the Buk system. There were seven radars operating on July 15, eight radars operating on July 16, and nine radars operating on July 17 in the area. Then, starting with July 18, the intensity of radar activities radically decreased, and now there are no more than two or three radars operating a day. The reason behind this is yet to be found.(Source: US intelligence)  

The Wreckage evidence doesn't fit the story !!!

       Analysis from an Aerodynamics/Physics Standpoint by expert scientists did not confirm news accounts:

The launch is alleged to have been made from Chernukhino. The maximum distance of the launch is 16 kilometres. The aircraft fell between Snezhnoye and Torez. That’s 37 kilometres, which is 20 kilometres more than the maximum possible point at which the plain could have been hit. Even a plane with turned-off engines can’t glide like that. What all this means is that if a BUK rocket was launched from the territory controlled by the Militia, the Boeing would have fallen much further to the south-east – i.e. will into the Russian territory. Otherwise, there would have been not time to detect the aircraft, perform electronic capture and launch the rocket. If this was a BUK, and not a jet fighter, then it is most likely that the launch was made from the territory controlled by the Ukrainian army, and the rocket was sent “chasing after” the airplane.(Source: Paul J. The Smoking Gun?

     Award winning former Associated Press reporter Robert Parry has been told by an intelligence source that the United States is in possession of satellite imagery which shows that Ukrainian troops were responsible for the shoot down of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17. "What I’ve been told by one source, who has provided accurate information on similar matters in the past, is that U.S. intelligence agencies do have detailed satellite images of the likely missile battery that launched the fateful missile, but the battery appears to have been under the control of Ukrainian government troops dressed in what look like Ukrainian uniforms. The source said, "the initial assessment was that the troops were Ukrainian soldiers." There also was the suggestion that the soldiers involved "were undisciplined and possibly drunk, since the imagery showed what looked like beer bottles scattered around the site," the source said. Indeed, Parry’s investigative work on intelligence matters, for which he was awarded the George Polk Award, suggests that the information provided by his source is worthy of serious attention.

These are just a few of over twenty inconsistencies seen in the so-called reporting of this event. Initial reports that contradict the "Russia did it" story line have been pulled from the media. A BBC reporter remarked after a story questioning locals talking about Ukrainian army planes was pulled,  The report consisting of local eye witnesses who stated that they saw military aircraft in the sky before the incident. “I have been with you [BBC] for 15 years and that case is disgusting,”

     Ron Paul also is convinced that there is a conspiracy here. These are some of his observations:

•  "It's pretty evident that the whole problem in Ukraine started approximately a year ago when the Europeans, along with the United States, overthrew an elected government and overthrew [former Ukrainian President Viktor] Yanukovych — insisting that there'd be civil strife over there," he explained.

•  The United States instituted sanctions against Russia Tuesday aimed at Russia's financial institutions and defense sector, which Paul considers "acts of war."

• "They want to put on these sanctions, which are actually acts of war and the consequence is usually economic blowback," he said.

• Paul says that we should approach the situation with the downed Malaysian jet "cautiously."

• "Under these circumstances, it's very difficult to get the real information so everybody's angling to propagandize and make their position known," he said.

• "It'd be unwise to say, well, the Russians did it, or the Ukrainian government did it, or the rebels did it."

      Questions about the crash need to be answered with facts, not assumptions based in geo-political wants because something about this whole incident smells rotten. This planet does not need another world war so that the Bilderburgers, the Tri-lateralists, the Illumniti, or whoever, can make another huge profit on the dead bodies of the human race.

A Righteous Action

      The men who wrote the Constitution of the United States understood what dangers there are to the freedom of the people -- and that freedom can be quietly eroded by degrees, rather than taken all at once.

The founders would have fought such a government that attempted this with every fiber of their being -- and, in fact, they did fight such a government. Too many people today seem oblivious to such dangers. The question now is whether state governments, elected officials and the people themselves will be willing to take the measures necessary to do the same.

      What is involved are policies imposed unilaterally by the president, in defiance of Congress' authority to legislate and in contempt of the Constitution's separation of powers -- on which all our freedoms ultimately depend. The long arc of American constitutional government has bent from the monarchical principle of the colonial period to the separation of powers, and now back again to crown government and rule by a single person. While this didn’t start with Obama, he’s taken it to an entirely new level.

       It is with this in mind that The opposition has decided to file a lawsuit against the executive branch for overstepping it's authority. This action is being ridiculed by the Socialists and the narrative is being helped along by the Leftist media, But is this just politics? Apparently not, according to George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley and Elizabeth Foley, a professor at Florida International University College of Law. This pair of respected legal scholars gave credence to House Republicans’ plan to sue President Obama for exceeding his authority in implementing the Affordable Care Act, warning that such action is needed to defend the system of checks and balances from Imperial Fascism. Turley, speaking at a GOP-led House Rule Committee hearing, said the suit, which accuses Obama of materially altering his signature health care law without a congressional vote, is necessary to restore constitutional equilibrium among the branches of government.

       The draft resolution put forward last week by House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, focuses

specifically on the president changing the so-called ObamaCare employer mandate.“The Constitution states

that the president must faithfully execute the laws, and spells out that only the Legislative Branch has the power to legislate,” said Boehner, in announcing his resolution “The current president believes he has the power to make his own laws – at times even boasting about it. He has said that if Congress won’t make the laws he wants, he’ll go ahead and make them himself, and in the case of the employer mandate in his health care law, that’s exactly what he did.” Jonathan Turley, the George Washington law professor stated, “Today’s hearing is a historic step to address the growing crisis in our constitutional system -- a shifting of the balance of power … in favor of a now dominant Executive Branch,” Turley said. “The Legislative Branch has lost the most, with the rise of a type of uber-presidency. Our system is changing in a dangerous and destabilizing way. … At some point this body has to take a stand.” Elizabeth Foley, a professor at Florida International University College of Law, echoed Turley's concern, and said the suit had an "excellent chance" of succeeding.

      Constitution scholars and Constitutional law professors are stating loud and clear that the United States, our form of government, our Constitution, is in trouble. All this should be alarming to Americans. Nothing is more central to the Constitution than the idea that the centralization of political power in a single person is a threat to liberty.  The doctrine of separation of powers is supposed to prevent that. It hasn't. A full House vote on the resolution is expected this month.

      

      

This Unconstitutional Administration

      Did it have to come to this? Below is the Congressional resolution to arrest the former head of the IRS for deliberately interfering with the Republican

party and the election of 2012. It also remarks on the illegality of the Justice Department and it's head Eric Holder. True patriots can only hope that this is only the beginning of the taking back of America from this law breaking administration.

RESOLUTION
Providing for the arrest of Lois G. Lerner to answer the charge of contempt of Congress
Whereas Lois G. Lerner, former Director, Exempt Organizations, Internal Revenue Service, has been found to be in contempt of Congress for willfully and intentionally refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena duly issued by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, thereby obstructing the Congress in the lawful exercise of its constitutionally mandated legislative powers; and,
Whereas such behavior is an insult to the dignity of the House of Representatives, an attack upon the integrity of its proceedings, works violence upon the rights of the House collectively, and therefore implicates the long-recognized inherent power of the House to punish and commit for contempt, privileged under the Constitution; and,
Whereas recent history with similarly contumacious and insolent witnesses such as Eric Himpton Holder, Junior, strongly suggests that the present statutory judicial rubric set up to punish and reform such insubordinate and obstructionist witnesses would be ineffective in this case, as it is likely that the US Attorney for the District of Columbia would refuse to perform his lawful duty to bring the offending contemnor Lerner before a Grand Jury and prosecute the same for her misconduct pursuant to section 104 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (2 U.S.C. 194) and section 102 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (2 U.S.C. 192); and,
Whereas the executive and judicial branches’ prolonged and dawdling failure to prosecute Attorney General Holder’s insolent contempt of the 112th Congress strongly suggests that a like proceeding against contemnor Lerner would be similarly futile, and the threat of such prosecution has clearly been insufficient to encourage contemnor Lerner to be honest and candid with the Congress regarding the heinous actions of the Internal Revenue Service;
Now, therefore, be it Resolved, 
That the Speaker issue his warrant, directed to the Sergeant-at-Arms, or his deputy, commanding him to arrest and take into custody forthwith, wherever to be found, the body of Lois G. Lerner, and bring her to the bar of the House without delay to answer to the charge of contempt of its authority, breach of its privileges, and gross and wanton insult to the integrity of its proceedings, and in the meantime keep the body of Lerner in his custody in the common jail of the District of Columbia, subject to the further order of the House. While in custody, Lerner shall enjoy no special privileges beyond those extended to her fellow inmates, shall not access any computer or telephone, and shall not be visited by anyone other than her counsel, clergy, physician, or family.

IS HE NOT LIKE KING GEORGE?

I ask you, on this day of Declaration of Independence to read the document with special attention to the highlighted areas. Is there any difference between then and now?

• He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

• He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

      What Constitutionalists understand is that upholding the integrity of the Constitution and its designed system of limited government is essential to preserving our liberties, and abuses of power by any one branch of government.  In our system, the power to resolve the dilemma is reposed into the hands of the judiciary, and those who have that power are to resolve it without regard to popularity or politics. Their oath is to the Constitution. They have the final say on what the laws mean. If they follow the Rule of Law, they will invalidate that which the government has done and which is properly challenged before them and which is not authorized by the Constitution.

      James Madison played an important role in the writing of our Constitution. He noted that since men are

not angels, government is necessary. Since government is run by men, we also need protection from the government (Federalist #51). Mankind tends toward evil. Therefore, power must be separated.  Belief in the sinfulness of man can be seen in the Constitution with its strict separation of powers. Thomas Jefferson said that power should be divided for everybody’s sake: “The way to have good and safe government is not to trust it all to one, but to divide it among the many…”

      In our times President Obama has demonstrated, time and again, that he has no respect for the Constitution's limitations on his power. Despite his oath of office, to see that the laws are faithfully executed, Barack Obama has unilaterally changed welfare reform laws. He has repeatedly and unilaterally changed or waived provisions of the ObamaCare. He has ordered Border Patrol agents not to carry out provisions of the immigration laws that he does not like and the list goes on and on. Why do we have a Constitution of the United States if a president can ignore it without any consequences?

      This week the Supreme Court has handed down decisions that have put a stop to some of these Constitutional violations. It is a victory for all who believe in the constitutional constraints on executive power.
In the case of National Labor Relations Board v. Noel Canning the Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the President violated the Constitution in a dictatorial fashion by attempting to go around Congress in making government appointments. All these appointments are now illegal and any decisions made these appointees to the board are not binding.

      Earlier in the week, in the case of  Riley v. California and U.S. v. Wurie, the Court ruled, unanimously again, against the administrations continuing war on privacy. It stated that the police must have a legitimate warrant to search a persons' cell phone. These rulings means that the Supreme Court has issued a severe rebuke to the “constitutional scholar” President and his abuse of power. It is the 12th time since January 2012 that the Supreme Court has unanimously rejected the Obama administration's calls for greater federal executive power."

     Far from seeing his power diminish in his last years, President Obama has tried to extend his power even beyond the end of his administration by appointing federal judges who share his disregard of the Constitution and can enact his far-left agenda into law from the bench, when it cannot be enacted into law by the Congress. He is attempting to change the laws of the land by putting in power a leftist coalition of "living constitution" theorists on the benches of our nations courtrooms. These unanimous rulings show that there is still a flicker of light for freedom and rule of law in America.
