      First show trial of a Putin—er, Biden—political prisoner starts next week. Guy Reffitt, who is not alleged to have entered the Capitol Building or to have committed a violent crime on Jan. 6, was arrested by the FBI on Jan. 16 and indicted on one count of obstruction of justice, one count of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, and one count of obstruction of an official proceeding.

      Constitutional rights such as the presumption of innocence, due process, the right to a speedy trial, and protection from cruel and unusual punishment have been stripped from January 6 defendants based on the Biden regime’s false premise that they are all “domestic terrorists” and “insurrectionists.” The truth is that none of the January 6 defendants has been charged with terrorism or insurrection.

      Prosecutors also continue to tweak language related to obstruction of an official proceeding charge, the most-often used felony count against more than 200 January 6 defendants. While a few judges early on expressed skepticism about the constitutionality of the offense against political protesters, other judges have denied defense motions to drop the charge altogether.

      What is being done to these Americans rivals the worst of prisons in any third world country. Deliberate filthy conditions with the detainees being constantly abused by their Fascist guards. The inmates at the Central Detention Facility in DC have said they suffered beatings by guards, been denied food, made to march around the jail carrying their mattresses, punched for singing the National Anthem, and placed in solitary confinement for months without explanation. This is the way the U. S. regime treats it’s dissenters. THIS IS NOT AMERICA !!!

      Lawyers severely restricted to their clients, total news blackout of the conditions, members of Congress refused entry into the facility. Secrecy of what is and has happened kept high. This can drive a person to suicide…..and it did.

Jan. 6 Defendant Takes His Own Life

      Matthew L. Perna, was a Pennsylvania man prosecuted for his 20-minute walk through the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The constant delays in hearings and postponements dragged out for over a year. He was held, as all the others, without bail and his life was destroyed. After all this he decided in to try to put an end to this so he took a plea agreement on charges of obstruction of an official proceeding, aiding and abetting, entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, and disorderly conduct in a Capitol building. Perna then learned that prosecutors would seek an even longer jail sentence based on “domestic terrorism deterrence.” “I don’t know Matthew Perna, haven’t studied his case or accusations against him. But he’s killed himself & I understand why,” wrote Brandon Straka, the founder of the WalkAway campaign that encourages liberals to leave the Democrat Party. “I had the same thoughts many times this past year. The deafening silence of Republicans & conservative media for people dragged through this hell is unbearable.”

       The fact that nobody has been charged with fomenting insurrection doesn't stop them from using the term. Since January 6, the Biden regime, in coordination with a colluding media, has controlled the narrative about that day.
