The U.S. Communist Show Trial Ends

• The Moscow Trials were a series of show trials held in the Soviet Union at the instigation of Joseph Stalin between 1936 and 1938 against members of the Right.

      This week wraps up the unconstitutional so-called second impeachment of President Trump. The verdict is obvious, he will not be convicted, but the motive may not be as obvious. This impeachment trial is a Communist show trial and America’s first glimpse at what happens when people stand up to Communism. It is a spectacle of political theater so transparent that it would have taken genuine effort not to see through it. George Orwell could hardly have improved on this eerie and macabre spectacle.

      The Constitution makes quite clear WHAT an impeachment is and HOW it is to be conducted. None of the criteria is met in this illegal spectacle. It is happening not only to destroy President Trump, but to indoctrinate unsuspecting Americans into the Progrssives anti-constitutional agenda. The “men in the shadows” have given the impression that this is the way it should be by use of their so-called experts, elevated by simply putting them on TV and giving them impressive sounding titles like “analyst” or “strategist,” the public can be led to believe just about anything. Lurking, always there, is Hollywood, churning out “messages that would make Leni Riefenstahl blush over their blatant propaganda value.

     This is not new in America. We can read of past Soviet Communist show trials and how the American left is emulating this type of extreme propaganda. Their peers supported Stalin and vouched for the authenticity of the trials. In 1938, some 150 Americans prominent in the entertainment industry signed a statement in support of the verdicts reached in the trials. Then as now, prominent Americans can be found to defend this Stalinistic political show trial. 

      They are hyping up this sham because they want to make Patriots afraid to speak up. They want to try to make it impossible for you to live in this society if you do not parrot the party line. They won’t say it that way. They will try to wrap themselves in the same flag they were calling a symbol of white supremacy last year to try to seize some sort of moral high ground and shut you up. Like they give a damn about the Constitution. This tiresome “insurrection” and “sedition” nonsense is an attempt to turn 100 million Americans into enemies of the state.

      In some ways this isn’t really a surprise, is it? Democrats have been ignoring the Constitution for a long time. But what’s different about this latest effort is the sheer audacity of the Democrats’ power play against the Supreme Law of the Land. In the past, Democrats have at least paid lip service to the Constitution and have tried to perform intellectual somersaults to justify their ideas as having Constitutional backing. Democrats are now officially giving up on the Constitution and calling for it to be scrapped. They’ve stopped hiding their disdain for the document and are now in open war against it.    

      Someone might think Communism (or democratic Socialism) smells like caring and fairness. That may be how it’s presented by your favorite college professor or vapid congresswoman. They’re also the ones who plan to be in charge if we ever become an -ism country. People who have lived through it or have family who has almost ALWAYS have a different opinion of what the -isms actually are. Listen to their experiences or learn to say – Comrade.

        In all my years as an American, I have never been so fearful for the future of my nation. We are in the midst of a class war that is being driven by Democrats’ demagoguery, and it is likely to end very badly. The Democratic Party and its media propagandists will tell you it’s systemic racism, social injustice, or white supremacy. But it’s a class war that is egged on by the Democratic Party’s politicians and their elitist partners in the mainstream media echo chamber.

      America has quickly transitioned from a Democratic Republic into a oligarchy and left-wing totalitarianism is happening now. To me, it’s reminiscent of George Orwell’s 1984 is a classic book depicting a populace ruled by a political regime that persecutes individualism and independent critical thinking as “thoughtcrimes” that must be enforced by the “thought police.” This party seeks power above all, and, through the propagandist Ministry of Truth, presents the people with their version of truth.

      The New York Times recently published an essay on detailing a range of recommendations for the Biden administration to adopt to fix the “reality crisis” and “de-radicalize” citizens, including setting up a “reality czar” and “truth commission.” he essay was written by technology columnist Kevin Roose, and it explains how “conspiracy theories” have been embraced by millions of Americans and that so many people have succumb to “hoaxes, lies and collective delusions” that has these people creating “their own version of reality.” But is this true? Are all these “hoaxes and lies” actually hoaxes and lies or is it truth being suppressed? I don’t know, but what I do know is that mainstream media fails to have appropriate conversations about them. If they do, it is a one-sided narrative meant to shut down any different facts.

      It’s also important to mention, again, that this censorship is not just happening to “extremists” and other such groups, it’s happening to renowned scientists, journalists and doctors. The effort to absolutely control all thought and speech is suddenly skyrocketing. It is being driven by Communist sympathizers and useful idiots in the mass media. Why is it that the New York Times, for example, uses ridicule and hatred to belittle a belief but never acknowledge the reasons as to why people believe what they do? Why do they simply label something as a “conspiracy theory” without any evidence that it actually is a conspiracy theory? There is no investigative journalism there. It is a stooge, sitting in an office, making up a narrative to fit the current agenda.

       Any information, evidence or opinion that opposes or calls into question government agencies, their recommendations or actions seems to be completely ignored, ridiculed and censored. Debate and/or conversation is not even encouraged. This has many people questioning what’s really happening in our world? Why is it that someone like Dr. Anthony Fauci can receive massive mainstream media attention when so many other experts in the field never see the light of day? We will leave that question for our report on the pandemic coming soon.

      There is a lot of "fake" information out there, mainly put out by our government, but what about legitimate information that's being censored? Can't we decide for ourselves what is and isn't? Should people not have the right to look at information openly and transparently and decide for themselves what is and what isn’t? Are people really that “dumb” to the point where we need Big Tech to step in and tell us what is true and what isn’t? How far have we sunk if telling the truth becomes a crime?

Congress Puts Itself Above the Law and the Constitution

      The Democrat Socialist party is once again violating the U.S. Constitution in what he described as a “show trial” against former President Donald Trump. We touched base with Jonathan Turley, an American attorney, legal scholar, writer, commentator, and legal analyst in broadcast and print journalism. He is a professor at the George Washington University Law School, and has testified in United States Congressional proceedings about constitutional and statutory issues. In addition, Alan Dershowitz, an American lawyer known for his work in U.S. constitutional law and American criminal law. He taught at Harvard Law School from 1964 through 2013 joined in.

      The latest House impeachment brief alleges that Trump incited a mob to breach the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 while lawmakers were convened in a joint session to consider certification of electoral college votes. Trump’s legal team denies the allegation and argues in a memo that the trial is unconstitutional because Trump is no longer president. The team also argues that Trump exercised his First Amendment rights in calling into question the results of the election.

      An effective legal defense is based on challenging the constitutionality of the allegations against President Trump. The U.S. Constitution states that “the President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States … shall be removed from office” if convicted of “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” According to Jonathon Turley, the phrase “the President” means the current occupant of the White House and suggests that only a sitting president can be impeached. The president is Joe Biden, not Donald Trump,” Turley wrote.

      Presidential Trump adviser Jason Miller echoed the sentiment that the reasoning featured in the impeachment brief is a threat to freedom of speech more broadly, writing in a statement that, “not only will President Trump be on trial next week. The First Amendment will be on trial next week because the Democrats aren’t going to stop with attacking President Trump, they want to go after the free speech and the rights of all Americans.”

      Constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz agreed. The brief filed by the House managers advocating for the conviction and disqualification of citizen Donald Trump contains an attack on freedom of speech for all Americans. It declares that “the First Amendment does not apply at all to impeachment proceedings,” despite the express language of the First Amendment that prohibits Congress from making any law, or presumably taking other action, that curbs freedom of speech and “amounts to a dangerous broadside against the freedom of speech of all Americans.”

      Writing in an earlier op-ed for The Hill, Dershowitz made a case against a key argument contained in the impeachment brief, namely that “the First Amendment does not apply at all to impeachment proceedings,” which the legal scholar said signals Congressional willingness to take aim at freedom of speech more broadly.

      “The brief filed by the House managers advocating the conviction and disqualification of citizen Donald Trump. This was precisely the argument made by Joseph McCarthy and his followers in the 1950s. The argument made by the House impeachment managers that the First Amendment does not apply to presidents. The text of the Constitution would seem strongly to suggest that the framers intended impeachment to be used only for removal of a sitting official and once removed, it could also disqualify him,” said Dershowitz, but it was never intended to be used merely as a means of future disqualification as it's being used today.” The very absence of any reference to impeaching a former president suggests the framers were opposed to the idea. “They could easily have added a provision saying that a former president could be impeached, and the chief justice would preside. They didn't do that,” Dershowitz said. Dershowitz noted that in impeachment cases, the Constitution calls for “removal from office and disqualification” from holding office, not “removal from office OR disqualification.” In other words, disqualification presupposes removal, and since Trump was not removed from office, he is not subject to disqualification.

          “ Congress has put itself above the law,” Dershowitz added. “They say the president is not above the law; they’re right, but Congress is not above the law, and the law makes specific provisions for when a president can be impeached and you can’t impeach a president in violation of the First Amendment. The best arguments he can make, and he will make, are the constitutional ones, namely the Senate had no jurisdiction over a former president and the speech was covered by the First Amendment,” Dershowitz stated.

      The President has refused to be part of this political show trial. It is un-constitutional. The Senate is in violation of the Constitution in another way. An impeachment requires the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to preside. He will not be there. Instead, in violation of the Constitution, Senator Patrick Leahy, the president pro tempore of the Senate, will be presiding, rather than Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. Obviously the Supreme Court has read the Constitution.

       No former president has ever been tried before, there is precedent for the impeachment trial of a former high-level official. The Belknap case, which the Leftists cite is NOT precedent. First, Belknap was not the president and second, he was eventually acquitted “largely” because many senators believed the Senate lacked the power to try a former Cabinet member. What's different now?

      This whole show is an attempt at a grab for more power. The Democrat Socialist party are tasked to destroy the enemy of the Leftist elite, President Donald Trump, and to make sure he never threatens their cabal again. Forget the law, forget the Constitution, destroy the idea of a great America.

      There are still enough Senators who stand by the Founding Fathers vision and their Constitution that will make this illegal attempt fail. The Leftists in Congress are wasting our time and money when millions of Americans are suffering in a wrecked economy and personal anguish. So much for the Democrats being a party for the people. They are a party out for total power - forever.

America Is becoming A Socialist Nation - U.N. Ambassador

      Socialism, despite its history of failure, has become mainstream this year and is being adopted by Democratic politicians as their go-to default economic policy, former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley warned Monday. "2020 was the year Socialism went mainstream,” Haley wrote on Twitter. “The dangerous ideology, which has failed everywhere it has been tried & ruined countless lives, is on its way to becoming ….. the Democratic Party. This terrifying trend threatens the future of every American,” she added. 

      One of the biggest non-secrets in America is that the Democratic party does not support the Constitution. (Unless it is used for rhetoric) A poll last year among Democrats showed that 47% favored a Socialistic government, not capitalism. Congressman-Elect Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., a new member of Ocasio-Cortez's "Squad," caught attention for claiming American capitalism was "slavery by another name." A New York Post article featuring polling that socialism wasn't actually popular among Americans and faced considerable opposition from the country. The poll by Rasmussen and the conservative Heartland Institute reported that 75% of Americans said they preferred free-market capitalism over socialism. That other 25% is in the Democrat Party and they appear to control almost half of the party. The ruling elite are still hanging on to power but for how long? 

      Earlier this month, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), a young Socialist firebrand, said in an interview with The Intercept that it’s time for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) to step down from their leading positions to make room for a new leadership. She also talked about replacing moderate Rep. Richie Neal (D-Mass.) as head of the Ways and Means Committee. While Ocasio-Cortez has called for new leadership in the party, she also rejected the idea that members should force House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif out, for now. “We are currently negotiating to get and work towards real material concessions for the left that can move things into place, to help build power for the next two years,” the Congresswoman said.

      Haley's comments have come amid an ongoing internal struggle for the future of the Democratic Party. She cast former Vice President Joe Biden as being beholden to the radical progressives and their socialist agenda. While some Democrats have resisted policies typically associated with socialism, those ideas appeared to gain traction. “Their vision for America is Socialism. And we know that Socialism has failed everywhere,” Haley said at that time. “They want to tell Americans how to live, and what to think. The left believes that government knows best. They want a government takeover of healthcare. They want to ban fracking and kill millions of jobs. They want massive tax hikes on working families.” If the past year has taught us anything, it’s that when govt dictates how the economy is run, Americans suffer.

       Haley declared, "Now is the time to rally our fellow citizens to ensure that every American can achieve their dreams and bring our country and people to new heights of achievement. The only way Socialism wins is if we don’t show up. So let’s show up, stand up, and speak out, for the sake of America’s future."

      Has America become the land of the special interest and the home of the double standard? Lets see: 

• If we lie to Congress it’s a felony and if Congress lies to us, it’s just politics.

• If we dislike a black person, we are racist and if a black dislikes a whites, it’s their first amendment rights.

• The government spends millions to re-rehabilitate criminals, but does almost nothing for the victims.

•   In public schools you can teach homosexuality, that’s OK but you better not say the word god.

•  You can kill an unborn child, but it’s wrong to execute a mass murderer.

• We don’t burn books in America, we re-write them.

• We got rid of the Communist and Socialist threat by re-naming them Progressives.

• We are unable to close our border with Mexico, but have no problem protecting the thirty-eighth parallel in Korea.

•  If you protest against the government you are a terrorist, but if you burn an American flag, it’s your first amendment right.

• You can have pornography on your TV or internet, but you better not put a nativity scene in a public place at Christmas.

• We can use a human fetus for research, but it’s wrong to use an animal.

• We take money from those who work hard and give to to people who don’t want to work.

• We all support the Constitution, but some only when it fits their ideology.

• We still have freedom of speech, but only politically correct speech.

• Parenting has been replaced by social media.

• The land of opportunity has been replace by the land of hand-outs.

      How do our politicians handle a major crisis today? They form a committee to determine who is at fault, then threatens them, passes a law, raises our taxes, and tells us the problem is solved so they can get back to their election campaign.

      What kind of government needs soldiers and a razor wire fence to keep it’s citizens out? A totalitarian dictatorship or an illegitimate government that’s who. No one else needs fear their own people unless they are frauds! Welcome to Amerika 2021.

      A Green Zone has been established in DC and will become permanent. “In light of recent events, I can unequivocally say that vast improvements to the physical security infrastructure must be made to include permanent fencing, and the availability of ready, back-up forces in close proximity to the Capitol,” stated Leftist Capitol Police Chief Yogananda Pittman. Due to recent events where American citizens stormed the Capitol after a farcical election, “fencing, which was supposed to be temporary, needed to be made permanent.” To permanently keep the citizens away from their government which half the country does not recognize. After 220 years without a permanent fence. We might see another exclusion zone for the HQs of hedge funds and investment banks, and Leftist millionaires too in the not too distant future too.

      The move comes as Democrat appointed puppet Joe Biden signed an Executive Order on his first day in office that canceled ongoing construction of the border wall on the southern border, which was being built to put a dent in illegal immigration and trafficking activities along the U.S.-Mexico border. You can’t make this stuff up.

      As their “Dear Leader” sits in the White House, Communist groups continue to ravage western U.S. cities. Across the U.S., left-wing groups ‘Antifa’ and ‘BLM’ are continuing to disrupt public order following the inauguration of Joe Biden. "I remember the media and Democrats blaming all this Antifa violence on Donald Trump -- yet here we have Joe Biden in the White House and Antifa is still rampaging in the streets of Seattle and Portland and Denver," Sen. Tom Cotton 

      Communist riots continue, Portland saw an anti-Biden Antifa protest in which rioters carrying stun guns, pepper ball guns and fireworks scuffled with police and damaged an ICE building, police said. Photographs show marchers carrying signs with phrases including, "We don’t want Biden – we want revenge!" and "We are ungovernable."

      In Denver, protesters blasted both former President Donald Trump and Biden and allegedly burned an American flag. At least two people were arrested there.

      In the college town of Bellingham, Wash., Mayor Seth Fleetwood was rushed out of City Hall Friday morning after a mob of rioters stormed the building. reporter Deedee Sun tweeted video that appeared to show masked, black-clad protesters taking down the American flag outside and carry it away. She said they also "threw a hot drink" on a different reporter and stole a microphone. The Socialist puppet, Mr. Biden has no plans to stop the unrest.

     If there is any doubt that the Leftist elite are running things now just look to the Nobel committee's handing over of the Nobel Peace Prize to the Communist Black Lives Matters. That's right: a group led by self-described "trained Marxists" who literally spent time with Hugo Chávez in Venezuela and then triggered night after night of violent looting riots at a cost of at least 25 lives and a record $2 billion in insured property claims (probably much more in uninsured property), and grotesque Red Guard–style repudiation scenes such as forcing restaurant diners to wave their fists in solidarity or face overturned tables and assault, is somehow...worthy of the world's top award for peace.

      These elite Norwegian Socialist clowns doing the nominating likely has no idea what's going on in the United States, given that they live in isolated Norway, takes in meetings with activists, and reads only the leftist press. The idiocy of his proposal tops that of the Norwegians handing out a Nobel prize to another puppet of the elite, Barack Obama, just for getting elected president and being black without doing anything else.

      In both instances, the Nobel committee nominators seem to relish anyone with the ability to exert leftist power, equating that kind of power-mongering with "peace." It's a sorry act but the Left has come to worship power not peace.

      In addition, BLM has since morphed into what appears to be a corporate shakedown racket and managed to get its Marxist identity politics party line into every corporate boardroom in America. The Left are never going to be satisfied. Each victory it wins brings a bigger demand to its marks, without ceasing, until its will to absolute power is achieved. A one-party system. Sound like peace?
